This is the test pressing for Gold Friends by The Caring Babies. "What is a test pressing?" you ask? So basically, the plant makes a metal mold or "stampers" and presses a few records. They send those to me, and I listen to them and give the go ahead to press the entire order. Needless to say, I love getting these things in the mail!

Alright! So it's been a while, but I am hoping to get some stuff done with this old label. I'm sending my first record off to print tomorrow from the library if all goes well with the software. Shows have been happening. The next one is on Dec. 4th at the Main St. Museum again, where The Gennys will be playing, as well as The Pilgrims, and Shake The Barron.

The new record by Caring Babies has been released. Mart Cakes and Joe Apple finished it up earlier this week. There are 10 tracks and 1 intro. They are hard at work on another installment and soon their discography won't just be 8 minutes long.
